Obligatory standards
You are required to meet all to be qualified
Menu in Chinese
You are required to prepare a menu in the Chinese language for Chinese travelers.
Hot water
You are required to provide hot water to Chinese travelers. You may do it free of charge.
Optional standards
Not obligatory. If you provide them Chinese travelers would feel even better.
Complimentary wifi
Chinese use small phones to keep in touch with their family. Complimentary wifi is necessary for Chinese travelers.
Chinese-speaking service
We suggest you provide Chinese-speaking service to Chinese travelers. It will make them feel more hospitable.
Mobile payment
WeChat Pay and Alipay are popular in mainland China and Hong Kong. We suggest you accept them.
Chinese webpage or website
A Chinese version of the website or a detailed webpage in Chinese will help the Chinese travelers understand your business better.
